Amplifying piezo electric transducers, usually, is a big concern: sounding thin and bright, because of the heavily attenuated low octaves.
APD-9 Active Direct Injection box (D.I.) has been designed to overcome this problem, and correctly reproduce sounds from the instrument. The active Class A input FET buffer provides extremely high input impedance which minimizes loading of the signal source, resulting in minimal loss and extended dynamic range, for a trouble free operation without compromise.

A solid state discrete component circuirty entirely hand-crafted.

The components used are all selected with the strictest tolerance, and tested by ear.

Broadens the base of your works.
